Rental project IHC S-150

In July 2011 Hillcon delivered a brand new HSCX-900GLS to a German customer. It was only the second project for this machine where CAPE Holland came into the picture. For this project our customer rented an IHC Hydrohammer S-150 from CAPE Holland to drive these large diameter piles. This unique combination (CAPE & Hillcon) makes complex projects like this very efficient.

Hitachi KH150-2 PD

CAPE Holland has reconditioned a Hitachi KH150-5 PD piling rig for a customer in Surinam. The machine was completely disassembled. The slewing ring was overhauled, the engine is reconditioned and the complete machine is rewired. This machine is equipped with a NEW APE D30-32 dieselhammer.

Hillcon Piling Equipment B.V., located in Beilen – The Netherlands, has finished the next GLS piling rig ready for BAUMA 2010. On stand number F6 N612/4 the Hillcon HSCX900 will be shown. After the exhibition the machine will be delivered to Vroom Funderingstechnieken B.V., in Oosthuizen – The Netherlands.

Currently we are building the Hillcon HSCX 900 GLS. This machine is being built in our new workshop in Beilen. The Hitachi basemachine will be converted to a complete Piling machine. Below you can find some photo's concerning the status of build.

New address message

We are moving to a new location on the first of january 2010. Company growth due to expansion, determines to move to our new location. We are better capable to continue the combined activities in this new location.

Beilen / Werkendam – Hillcon Piling Equipment has been taken over by the CAPE Holland Holding, the holding company under which the companies Construction and Piling Equipment (CAPE Holland) and APE Holland are active as well. By this acquisition and the intensive cooperation between the companies, a complete package of supply can be offered for the foundation industry.
