Horizontal Pile Driving

13-11-2011

In September 2011 CAPE Holland supplied their IHC S-200 Hydrohammer for a horizontal piling job in Poulsbo (WA), USA.

Several culverts needed improvement, as the original pipes were not designed for fish passage. Close to the existing pipe, a larger diameter pipe was driven by using CAPE Holland's IHC hammer for Horizontal Pile Driving. After the job in Poulsbo was completed, the complete set was moved to Alaska where the S-200 was joined by CAPE Holland's IHC S-90 for completetion of more culverts.

Below movie shows an impression of how this specialty job was carried out by the CAPE Holland crew. For more information, please do not hesitate in contacting us.
